We are looking for an HR Administrator & Backoffice Assistant to keep our organization running smoothly. In this role, you will work with your team on all administrative tasks, support daily operations and assist with internal events.
Responsibilities
As HR & Operations Support Associate, you will make sure everything runs smoothly at our company.
What you'll do:
- Process personnel mutations (in-, through- and outflow)
- Personnel files and contract administration
- Support with recruitment and selection
- Register sick leave and liaise with the occupational health and safety service
- Prepare salary mutations in cooperation with the payroll department
- Various administrative tasks, such as fleet management, archiving and document management
- Schedule appointments and meetings and perform agenda management
- Internal communication and document management
- Purchasing office supplies and liaising with suppliers
- Provide facility support, including internal training sessions
- Organize quarterly meetings and internal events
- Proactively contribute to a positive and structured work environment
Your team
From day one, you'll be a part of the team. You'll report to the HR manager and, together with your colleagues from the back office team, the MT and HR, you;ll make sure that everything runs smoothly and that the organization continues to grow.
We're a close team that supports each other, works carefully and is proactively ready to help clients and colleagues. You'll get plenty of opportunities to develop yourself and to grow.
We expect you to work at the Utrecht office.
Your skills:
You communicate easily, with colleagues as well as with parties such as suppliers and caterers. You dare to keep asking questions to find out exactly what is needed. You can switch well between different tasks and love to organize. At the same time, you work accurately and pay attention to detail. You take initiative, take responsibility and above all bring a positive, hospitable energy to the team.
In addition, you have:
- MBO+ /HBO education level.
- Preferably experience with administrative tasks
- Excellent command of Dutch and English, both oral and written.
- Personality with a hands-on mentality
- Proactive and positive attitude, able to work independently
