We are looking for a (Junior) Consultant IT Risk. All our consultants share the vision that the internal control of our clients should be efficient and transparent to promote continuous improvement. Responsibilities

• Mapping and analyzing IT infrastructures
• Assessing potential consequences of IT risks
• Reporting identified risks
• Designing and implementing new IT processes
• Describing, analyzing, and/or visualizing existing IT processes
• Assessing and optimizing existing IT processes
• Organizing governance and establishing IT policies
• Setting up and implementing risk management for IT
• Testing control measures
• Developing and writing assurance reports
• Providing internal and external IT training
• Supporting and guiding both internal and external IT audits

Your team

In this role, you will collaborate with experienced consultants with a proven track record. You will primarily work on projects for clients within the financial sector. Our client base includes leading asset managers, disruptive crypto companies, crowdfunding platforms, internet registries, exchanges, and more. During these projects, high expectations will be placed on you, resulting in a steep learning curve, but we ensure you that you will have the tools to succeed.

Your qualities

For the position of Consultant IT Risk, we are seeking top performers; we expect you to strive for success. Qualities defining a successful Consultant IT Risk include ambition, intelligence, drive, a hands-on mentality, resilience, strong analytical skills, good communication abilities, and persuasiveness. Additionally, you should be familiar with concepts such as IT risk, IT policy, GITC, application control, cyber security, penetration testing, vulnerability testing, IT infrastructure, SaaS, IaaS, PaaS, and DaaS.

 

Furthermore, you should have:

• Completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in IT-related fields;
• Excellent command of both Dutch and English, both spoken and written;
• Affinity with the financial sector (preferred);
• Demonstrable affinity with IT;
• Preferably experience with cyber security, IT management, ISAE, COBIT, ISO 27001, ISO 27701, and NEN 7510.

 

Additionally, it’s advantageous if you are familiar with and/or have experience with the following certifications: CISM, CRISC, CISSP, CIPP.
