As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the commercial activities of Securance in the UK, contributing to our transition from a founder-led to a private equity-backed growth company. Your initial focus will be on achieving commercial success by meeting personal targets, establishing and leading a high-performing sales team, and actively supporting the execution of our growth strategy in close collaboration with the leadership team.
Developing and implementing a targeted sales approach to attract mid-sized, high-value customers, expanding our customer base and securing a larger market share.

What We Expect From you
We seek a high-performing Sales Manager with a proven track record in developing targeted sales strategies, building trust with both existing and prospective customers, consistently surpassing ambitious sales targets, and leading high-performing sales teams. You are a self-starter with a strong desire to make a meaningful contribution to establishing Securance as the leading IT risk assurance and cybersecurity market leader in Europe. You thrive in a challenging and rapidly changing environment and are committed to personal and professional growth. You are tech-savvy and are used to online collaboration with international teams. You are a natural communicator and are able to get to the core of things by listening intently to a prospect’s needs and requirements. You are punctual and know how to create a delicate balance between facilitating a client’s needs and urging them through the pipeline in order to close the deal in a timely manner.
● 5+ years of relevant sales experience with the emphasis on consultative selling of B-to-B services.
● Affinity with IT, Assurance, or Cybersecurity (experience in these sectors is a plus but not mandatory).
● Results-oriented, ambitious, and driven to close deals.
● A commitment to demonstrating thought leadership in our industry through hosting and attending workshops, seminars, and industry conferences.
● Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively at all levels of an organization.
