Complaint Procedure

through measures and checks. Do you have suggestions or would you like to report (alleged) abuses? Then you can report them via the Securance 
complaints procedure.

Complaint

The Securance complaint reporting system supports the reporting of potentially illegal, unethical or otherwise unprofessional conduct when the normal avenues of communication about it are ineffective or difficult to apply.

 

What to submit about?

You may file a report on reporting concerns related to the categories listed below: Financial reporting (accounting); Internal accounting controls; External audit, including independence (auditing); Banking fraud (banking crime); Financial fraud, including misuse of Conclude Funds (financial crime); Bribery, including gifts (anti-bribery); Compliance with laws, professional and other obligations. Use of the possibility to file a complaint on the above-mentioned topics is intended for reports that relate to Conclude, its employees or its management. The complaint report is not intended for formal reporting by clients of complaints about Conclude’s services. For such complaints, the engagement letter relating to the provision of services describes how to proceed.

 

How to submit?

All reports are handled in a confidential manner that complies with applicable laws and regulations, such as those relating to the protection of personal data. Follow up

The compliance officer will process your report as soon as possible. If the complaint does not concern a board member, it is discussed with the organization’s board. For complaints regarding board members, the compliance officer contacts external experts directly.

 

Confidentiality

When specialists are involved in investigating the report, they will have information available about the nature and content of the report. It is possible that the identity of the reporter can be deduced from this. The reporter should take this into account when submitting the report.
