Use of the possibility to file a complaint on the above-mentioned topics is intended for reports that relate to Conclude, its employees or its management. The complaint report is not intended for formal reporting by clients of complaints about Conclude’s services. For such complaints, the engagement letter relating to the provision of services describes how to proceed.

The compliance officer will process your report as soon as possible. If the complaint does not concern a board member, it is discussed with the organization’s board. For complaints regarding board members, the compliance officer contacts external experts directly.

When specialists are involved in investigating the report, they will have information available about the nature and content of the report. It is possible that the identity of the reporter can be deduced from this. The reporter should take this into account when submitting the report.
