Responsibilities
At Securance Cyber, our standards are high. All Ethical Hackers hold a completed IT degree at the bachelor’s or master’s level and possess at least the OSCP certification. For entry-level positions, we offer a 6-month traineeship where you can earn the eWPT and OSCP certifications.
From the moment you join us as an Junior Ethical Hacker, you become an integral part of our team. During the junior phase, there is ample time for training and receiving guidance from more experienced colleagues. The junior phase lasts a maximum of one year.
Our Securance Academy program provides comprehensive training to help you develop on diverse fields. This includes actively attending training courses, presentations, and workshops. You’ll enhance your skills in project management and communication, while getting your certifications.

Your team
In this role, you will collaborate with experienced hackers with proven track records. As part of our rapidly growing team, you’ll quickly develop your skills without the constraints of bureaucracy or hierarchy. You’ll also have significant influence on the policies and design of the investigations and recommendations you contribute to.

Your qualities
A Junior employees typically has limited work experience. You just graduated and are eager to start your career at Securance Cyber. You should be capable of performing simple tests under the supervision of a more experienced colleague. They have a learning-oriented attitude and are open to feedback.
As part of our application process, we conduct a technical assessment. This assessment allows us to evaluate your technical skills and gives you an opportunity to get acquainted with Securance Cyber. Key attributes that define a successful Junior Ethical Hacker are ambition, drive, and a hands-on mentality.
Additionally, you have:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree, HBO or University level
- Recently graduated in a technical field
- Interest in hacking
- Solid foundation in computer science and network technology
- Conducts a knowledge-sharing session at least once per quarter
